OES PTO
2011-2012

Officers:

Bonnie Helms

OES PTO sponsors fundraisers each school year. Our largest and most profitable is our fall fundraiser, which consists of selling candy, wrapping paper and other odd and end gift items. Our goal with this fundraiser is to profit enough to fund all of the projects PTO has planned for the year.

PTO uses the money we raise for various projects. Listed below are some of the ways the money will be spent.

**PTO will pay for all students at OES to attend there grade level field trip. This will consist of paying bus drivers, gas for the buses, and admission for all students and lunch for all students.

**PTO will also pay for each student at OES to have a field day t-shirt.

**PTO donates money to each teacher to use in their classroom for items not covered by state money.

PTO always welcomes volunteers to help with various projects throughout the school year. PTO helps with Family Fun Night, Teacher Appreciation Week, Kindergarten Screening, making copies for teachers and other things that may come up during the school year. Anyone interested in volunteering may let their childs teacher or the office know and they will be happy to pass your name and number along to one of the officers.
